1 / Get In Touch
						Residential Projects:
Fill out the form on our website, call or email us to get started. We'll schedule a 90-minute, no obligation consultation to go over your vision, goals, and dreams. We'll conclude with a ballpark idea of what your project might cost. We’ll do our homework and come up with a ballpark budget for you to review.
Commercial: Call, email, or fill out the form. We will assign you a dedicated project manager who will be your point of contact throughout the project.
					
2 / Professional Services Agreement
If our ballpark budget is agreeable, we'll issue a contract for pre-construction services. At this point, we’ll start drawing up blueprints and working on specifications and finish selection. Value engineering is a critical step in this process and this is where we really shine
3 / Schedule the Job
With approved plans and permits in hand we can issue a construction contract and schedule for the project.
4 / Begin Work
We’re ready to hit the ground running! We’ll communicate with you regularly throughout the project and check with you before making any changes. We strive for perfection. We want to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline and budget. You can follow along in our cloud based construction portal to check on the schedule, progress updates, photos, make payments, and approve allowances and change orders if necessary.
5 / Final Job Walkthrough
To make sure your project has been completed to your absolute satisfaction, our team will conduct a quality control job walk and get your feedback. Once the project is complete to your satisfaction, we’ll reconcile the project expenses, allowances, and change orders and submit a final project billing. If you love the work we did, please leave us a Five-Star review and tell your friends. If we fell short, please let us know immediately so we can resolve your concerns.
