B3 Construction remodeled our kitchen and 3 bathrooms this past winter and did an excellent job. Not only was Bob Harris very thorough and professional, he was also a pleasure to work with … patient and personable.

Bob Harris at B3 Construction remodeled my home top-to-bottom. Bob ensured that all operations were well managed and completed in proper fashion and on time. The project was funded through a 203K Loan that required additional paperwork including county permits and inspections for financing. Moreover, Bob is a down-to-earth contractor that follows up on all levels.

Bob 3’s scope of work included but was not limited to: a new roof, exterior paint, a new hot water tank, a new hot water tank encasement, (3) custom new stair landings, new exterior bordering trim, new cabinetry, counter tops, sinks and accessories for the kitchen and two bathrooms, flooring (carpet and vinyl), exterior doors, security doors, plumbing and toilets, modifications on interior design including lighting and other electrical modifications, a new stall room for the master bedroom toilet, new energy efficient windows and sliding door house-wide, subfloor modifications/corrections, bathroom fans, bedroom, living room and dining room fans, engineering specs, appliances (washer and dryer, refrigerator, dish washer, range and an over-the-range- microwave) and custom closets.

Without question I will recommend B3 construction (Bob Harris) for any remodel project.

Bob and his crew did an extensive bathroom addition which included converting old bath to laundry room, old laundry room to pantry and an outdoor covered patio to our older home. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, including finishing the project within his original bid. We are very pleased with the results and will recommend Bob to anyone and use him ourselves in future projects!

Bob took care of our honey-do list quickly and at a reasonable price. We were especially excited about the new laminate floor he installed in our kitchen, it was carpet before, yuck! We would defiantly recommend Bob and his crew for any project and we will certainly use him again.

Our first contact with Bob was with a leaky roof due to an ice dam. He is an on time, experienced contractor and has helped us with many updates to our home from replacing the front door and fireplace to installing heat tape on the roof & helping with a bathroom redo. Bob installed three large energy efficient, sound-reducing replacement windows in our bedrooms in Flagstaff. He gave us an estimate and scheduled the work at our convenience. He did a great job on the windows, working very efficiently, and effectively. Bob is very professional and courteous; he is the kind of person you want to have working in your home.

B3 Construction installed new windows for us. We did not know that a home improvement project could be so easy. We left a key to the house for Bob to pick up and he returned the key when the job was done. Excellent workmanship, good product and very reasonable price. We will definitely call on B3 with the next project.

We contracted with Bob to do minor electrical (dimmers, replace sockets, install under cabinet lights), plumbing (install external refrigerator filter, toilet works, repair facets), assemble and hang a porch swing, install fire/smoke detectors and even assemble a heavy body bag stand. He does excellent work, is very reasonable in price and is fast. He is dependable, honest and trustworthy. We will definitely use him again.

Bob installed new windows in our home, 17 to be exact. Each required removal of existing trim and window, installation of the new window including new weatherproofing, reinstallation of the trim, paint touchup, and cleanup. The price quoted was fair and Bob stuck to it, even when the installation took longer than expected due to weather and a little bit of Murphy’s Law along the way. I’d recommend Bob to anyone interested in fair, honest, quality work. And I’d use Bob again.

Bob, helped me with a home I recently bought. He installed a couple of interior doors, did some roof work, plumbing, and electrical work. What I was impressed most with was his competitive pricing while delivering quick and quality service. He did such a good job and kept his prices fair enough that my realtor has been referring Bob to his clients!

I have hired B3 Construction for several major tasks at our home in Kachina Village including 220 linear feet of perimeter fence removal and replacement with redwood, and living room window removal and replacement. Having a service person work at a rental property is always tricky because you need to find a time that is convenient for the renters, and you need to assure them that the person coming into the home is entirely trustworthy. Bob worked around the renter’s schedule, and I was completely confident in telling them that he was an experienced professional and that they could be comfortable with him working in the home, whether or not they were there at the time of service.
